How to use the Aegis 2000 Compressed Air Foam System

Step 1

Roll out hose being sure the nozzle-end of the hose is closed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2

Attach hose to control panel adapter and slowly open valves one quarter turn to the open position.

 

 

 

Step 3

Stand back 30 to 40 feet from targeted surfaces.  Open nozzle slowly by pulling bail back while gripping the handle firmly.

 

 

 

Step 4

Apply foam with a horizontal sweeping motion until foam is approximately 2 inches thick on walls, eves, roof, deck and vegetation close to structure.  Evacuate to a safe location as soon as possible.
